Originally we had intended to have all of the collections released at once, but the LW work on some of the goodahs took a bit longer than expected. Some very fun releases planned :D but for now? Here's the last half of our Catwalk Collection - a richly textured collection that is highly structured but delicately feminine. There's even a bit of an evening outfit for the fellows!
The equestrian silhouette is still there in a couple of the outfits, but there's also more of a "vintage" feel meets modern cut kind of thing going on.
"Lida" is my favorite of the week's release. Sumptuous fabric detailing, fur trim, and shoulder snaps make it pop. The realistic grey slacks are understated to allow the detail of the jacket to really speak. Pair it with jeans for a more casual look! Really make it something special by accenting it with Caliah Lyon's new "Chinoiserie Fan" Collection (available at MUSE fine jewellery - right across from Last Call) <3.
"Estella" is a bit of a take on the velvet "smoking jacket." Rich, luminescent winestain velvet is accented with 3/4-length sleeves and a floral belt. Wear it with or without the optional shirt underneath it. Sculpted sleeves give it a bit of an extended starched cuff effect. The chocolate burnout pants have a subtle sheen and pattern to them.
"Marguerite" is such a huge set. For the first time in a very long time I'm actually using the mesh skirt again as a skirtbase :o. Remember if you feel you're too curvy in the mesh skirt to shrink zee bootocks just a bit! Tons of skirts, wraps, even a boa! Mix it and match it with the mesh skirt and sheer top to achieve your look!
"Marlene" is another versatile dress set with a lot going on. Aside from the different flexi-skirts, options for the detachable/mixable-n-matchable tank, the set is accented with rich fabrics - gathered chiffon, embroidered satin, and foil lace. Despite its revealing cut, there's still an air of Hollywood Glamour about it.
"Aeryn" is a great suit for making a sexy professional statement. Its component parts are perfect for mixing-and-matching though. Pair the skirt with a white buttondown for a dressed down look or wear the jacket with jeans for a casual appeal. Pair the jacket with tuxedo pants to go out for the evening.
"Yasmin" is a richly-textured gown accented with vintage lace. The satin has a slight iridescence to it and the sheer shrug is accented with sculpted components and flexi accents. The shrug, with its sculpted pieces lends an air of neo-Victorian to the dress - without the sculpted pieces the shrug remains a modern coverup for the gown. It's available in four different colors.
"Ciao" is available at Moderno. It's more of a "casual" evening look. A semi-sheer striped buttondown is paired with grey slacks and a white dinner jacket (with black contrast piping). Layer options abound - wear the jacket alone, the shirt alone, the jacket with the shirt, the jacket with the shirt tucked in, etc.
Also being displayed by the Catwalk Collection inside Last Call are Lyra's latest coordinating shoes. "Bree" is a fur-trimmed pump with more than her fair share of Panache. "Emme" is Lyra's popular boot shape redone in silver and gold lame. "Jacienne" is a FANTASTIC buckle stiletto that easily transitions from a professional day look to a stunning night look. "Trillene" is a signature square-toe pump with a tag on the vamp and a little loafer tongue behind it. "Vanessa" has a little bit of a retro thang going on with criss-crossing straps, and an ankle strap and buckle. "Selece" is the archetypal double-strapped sandal; hardware connects the different straps for a fantastic casual look in the deeper leather tones and a smashingly sexy look in the gold and silver lame.
We hope you enjoy these as much as we did making them! The next releases will be a bit more casual but will retain some of the feel of the Catwalk Collections as we begin to transition into fall/winter! <3
